The following is the procedure to create New Configuration setting in Nokia S40 mobiles:
Goto MENU > SETTINGS > CONFIGURATION > PERSONAL CONFIG. SETTINGS
Now select OPTIONS in that select ADD NEW.
Now many options will be displayed, from that select WEB.
Now you will get the following options:
Account name: Give any name, for Eg: Tricksmob.tk
User name: leave it empty
Password: leave it empty
Use pref.access point: NO
Access point settings (click on it)
Then you will get the following details,
Proxy: Enabled
Proxy Address: Enter proxy server here, for Eg: sneakme.net
Proxy Port: 80
Bearer settings (click on it)
Packet data acc. pt.: airtelgprs.com
Network type: ipv4
Authentification Type: Normal
User name: leave it empty
Password: leave it empty
After this press Back button.
Now created setting will be displayed.
Select OPTIONS and select ACTIVATE as default.
Now press back button.
Now you can see DEFAULT CONFIG. SETT. option on the top, select it and from that select PERSONAL CONFIG.
That's it!
Now select OPTIONS in that select ADD NEW.
Now many options will be displayed, from that select WEB.
Now you will get the following options:

* Select Options
* Select Options
* Select the Advanced icon.

* Enter the IP address & Port for the HTTP proxy server.
* Now enter any free opening sites for airtel working in your state like fb.me, live.airtelworld.com, etc,.. in the address bar and press go. You can also set the free sites as Homepage.
* Now a proxy page will appear with a url box.
* Enter the address of the website you wish to go in the url box and press go to enjoy free browsing.
